COVID-19 Zen Spa Policies​​

We hope this finds you and your family in good health. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety and health.

By its very nature, massage and bodywork requires skin-to-skin contact and you should be familiar with the fact that infection control has always been a top priority for our practice. As we navigate life with additional requirements and modify existing measures due to the coronavirus, please help us to support all of our clients by cooperating with some new requirements.

Santorini Zen Spa's practice follows Practice Guidelines recommended by Greek Ministry of Health, the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB), along with infection control recommendations made by the Greek National Public Health Organization (EODY) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

​​You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our guests and ourselves.
For example:

• Before you arrive at Santorini Zen Spa:  As of April 19th, 2021, travelers arriving in Greece should possess a negative PCR certificate from a testing laboratory, for a Covid-19 test taken no more than 72 hours before arrival.
  This test is mandatory for all tourists (including children over the age of 5), regardless of the epidemiological situation existent in the country of departure.
• If the traveller has completed his/her vaccination (i.e., 14 days have elapsed since the last vaccination, depending on the doses required) and holds a vaccination certificate, then proof of a negative test is not required.​

• When you arrive at Santorini Zne Spa we’ll ask that you wait outside the Spa, until we call you to come in. This ensures that we don’t have too many people in the reception area at one time.​​​
• We will ask to check your negative PCR certificate or the vaccination certificate or EU Pass​
• ​​Please bring a face mask to use while you are in the building. For your massage session, Santorini Zne Spa will provide you with another new mask.
• ​We will ask you to sign an informed Digital Intake & Consent Form for COVID-19, emailed at you, after your Reservation
• ​There is a hand-hygiene station that we will ask you to use when you enter the Spa. You will also find hand sanitizer in the Reception area and other places in the spa for you to use as needed.
• ​All Santorini Zen Spa therapists and employees have received additional Certified Education and Training on hand hygiene and we have placed additional hand sanitizers throughout all workplaces.

• ​We would prefer to perform the sessions outside, at your balcony, patio, yard or garden - provided there is one!!!

• In addition, we are exceeding and taking extra precautions on reducing any touch and transmission points throughout all Santorini Zen Spa premises and workplaces. We conduct staff temperature checks every day before starting work​
