Santorini Zen Spa Regulation

Santorini Zen Spa booking terms and conditions apply to all reservations, services and experiences.
Please read carefully before confirming your appointment.

In using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservations & Rescheduling - Cancellation policy

Reservations

All prices are in euros € per person. Gratuities are not included. We deserve the right to change spa prices without previous notice.
Often we can accommodate a walk-in, however we recommend making an appointment. An advance - minimum 24 hours - booking is highly recommended to ensure availability.
For information about the treatments, please call the Spa Reception (ext. 220).
We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling - Cancellation policy
We understand that during vacation plans change.
However, appointments cancelled within less than

3 working days' notice, will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved treatment cost,
2 working days' notice, will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the reserved treatment cost,
Cancellation without notice will be fully charged.

Notification: For cancellations, please

Hotel staff cannot process or confirm cancellations on our behalf.

Only in working hours: 10:00-20:00, must be contacted:

We reserve the right to levy a €30 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.

If we cancel or amend your booking:
If we have to cancel or to amend your booking on our behalf, we will contact you as soon as is reasonably practical and inform you of the cancellation or the change to your Booking.
If we cancel your Booking, we will refund you any fees you have already paid to us.
However, we will not be liable to refund you for any fees you may have paid to any third party in connection with your Booking (including, without limitation, fees for travel, entertainment, activities or insurance).

Late Policy
In the event that you are late for your scheduled appointment,

less than 15 minutes, we will accommodate you to the best of our ability, but your treatment may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other guests or following appointments.
Appointments missed by more than 15 minutes are cancelled and will be fully charged.

2. Bookings & Payment Policy

At time of booking, you will be asked to provide a credit card number to secure the booking. This card will be used with your consent, only to cover any subsequent Cancellation Fee.
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Zen Spa's gift certificates and gift cards are accepted.
All prices are in euros € per person. Gratuities are not included.
Santorini Zen Spa deserve the right to change spa prices without previous notice, however, prices quoted at booking will be honored.
Often we can accommodate a walk-in, however, we recommend making an appointment.

3. Valuables

We cannot be held responsible for any loss of money, jewellery or any other valuable possession belonging to the guests. Please leave them in your room/suite or at your hotel's Front Desk's safe or at Zen Spa's safe.
Cell phones are not permitted in the spa.

4. Your Spa Experience

Please be sure to inform your therapist if,

you are pregnant
you have active cancer
you have high blood pressure or cardio-vascular conditions
you have any Heart ailments or any condition that may counteract with heat therapies, massage or skin care.

A short Intake Form & Statement is required to be signed prior to your treatment – will be at your disposal at Zen Spa's Reception or it will be provided by your Mobile Massage therapist at your villa/suite/room.
If we feel that, providing you a service may endanger your health or safety, we deserve the right to decline or to ask you to reschedule your appointment or consult your medical doctors first, whose written consent will be asked.

You are welcome to request a male or female therapist. - However, due to scheduling demands, we cannot always guarantee your choice for a particular therapist.
Additional charge € 50/hour is applied for any requests or need for external massage professionals out of Lilium Zen Spa personnel.
All sessions are clothing optional. Wear what is comfortable for you, the spa will provide you with undergarments for body treatments, bathrobes, slippers, towels, bath/shower amenities.
All of our certified therapists utilize proper draping techniques, to respect and protect your privacy at all times.
Communication with your therapist about your treatment, is essential to help personalize your spa experience.
In all sessions of our Zen Spa menu, we include 10' minutes to undress and to redress and client consultation.

5. Safety

For your safety and well-being,

we highly discourage alcohol consumption prior to, during or immediately following spa therapies, (don't believe everything you see in the moovies!)
We deserve the right to refuse the session, if client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
we also discourage shaving prior to and after exfoliation treatments (women). However, men are recommended to shave if having a facial treatment at least 2 hours before the appointment time.
Some treatments may not be performed on sunburned skin.
Please remove any jewellery or contact lenses prior to body and facial treatments.

In Zen Spa we are not cold cruel Health professionals! However, Pregnant women and active cancer patients can only have the Rejuvance face massage, which is performed without any oils at the face only.
We understand that there other fellow massage therapists that provide pregnancy techniques and others that treat cancer patients, However, I am afraid we do not. Please, accept this, even if you are M.Ds and do not insist having a body session, although we realize how much you desire it!

Harassment Policy
Zen Spa invites you to spa and relax! Inappropriate and rude behavior from any side (guest/employee) does not belong at Zen Spa.
In Zen Spa we are dedicated, professional certified technicians of Health industry, who reserve the right to terminate treatments and services if guests are excessively intoxicated and/or are acting in an unwelcome sexual behavior to the therapists.

6. Teen Menu

Guests must be at least 14 years old, must be accompanied by an accompanying adult/parent/guardian in the spa and a written Consent Form must be signed.

7. Comments

We would love you to review us on our website page or in Tripadvisor and tell us about the service you received and how it compares to your other spa experiences.
