1. How can I view my online reservation that I have booked?
At the bottom left corner of our Travelotopos Booking Engine hit MANAGE RESERVATION. Then put your email and Reservation Code to sign in.

3. What are ZEN SPA'S payment policies?
At time of booking, you will be asked to provide a credit card number to secure the booking. This card will be used with your consent, only to cover a required prepayment 50% of the total cost and this way to cover any subsequent Cancellation Fee. (See Zen Spa's Cancellation Policy - Reservations & Payment Policy)
Lilium Villa's guests may bill their treatments to their room or they may pay cash\card at the Front Desk of the hotel.

4. What is ZEN SPA'S cancellation policy?
We understand that during vacation plans change. However, appointments cancelled within less than 10 hours’ notice, will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the reserved treatment cost, while cancellation without notice or non-show, will be charged with 50% of the reserved treatment cost. Please, for any cancellations or rescheduling, Zen Spa’s Reception must be contacted in working hours and not the hotel's Front Desk or other personnel!
5. What should I do if I am late in my appointment?
In the event that you are late for your scheduled appointment less than 15 minutes, we will accommodate you to the best of our ability, but your treatment may be shortened or rescheduled, to avoid delays for other guests or following appointments.

6. What is your gratuity policy?
All prices are in euros € per person. Gratuities are not included but, if your service reached your expectations, they can be paid in cash directly to your massage therapist or added onto charge card.
7. What is the procedure after I check in?
You’ll be able to relax in our tea lounge or outside the spa or at Lilium Villa’s café/restaurant until your appointment time and we suggest this as a transition time to help you forget the world outside. We hope you’ll enjoy a complimentary cup of tea and chill to our music until it’s time for your appointment, when you’ll be greeted by your therapist.
Your therapist will offer a brief consultation. For massage/facial/body treatment, you’ll undress privately, then lie down on the massage table, with a sheet and towel covering you.
Early in the session, your therapist will ask you whether the technique and firmness of touch are to your liking and may ask about the room temperature or volume of the music. Please feel free to communicate your thoughts at that time or at any time during your massage. Honest communication will help him or her give you the best massage possible.
After the massage is finished and you have dressed, you’ll join your massage therapist outside the treatment room. Once you check out, please take time to relax in the tea lounge again and enjoy complimentary tea.

8. Where will I keep my personal items?
Zen Spa has changing rooms for both men and women, but of course our treatment rooms allow space for changing clothes. Please leave any valuable possession in your room or at Lilium Villa’s Front Desk or at the safe in your changing room. We will not be held responsible for any loss of money, jewel or any other valuable possession belonging to the guests.
9. Do I need to discuss health or mental conditions?
Honesty between therapist and client will result in the best treatment. Before your treatment, you will fill out our Medical History Intake Form. Please, come 15’ minutes earlier to be sure to allow time to fill it out. Your massage therapist will be happy to discuss any conditions or other issues with you before your massage. If you believe there may be a contradiction that would prevent our therapist from giving you a massage, please don’t hesitate to call us in advance so we may determine whether written permission is required from your medical or chiropractic physician.
