Start your cleansing process with a private relaxing soak in our Sauna (105°F -176°F /40° C - 80° C) for 15-20 minutes, allowing the heat to open the pores, allowing you to sweat out toxins and this way to promote psychological & muscular relaxation, loosen and soothe tightened muscles.
In between, take as many cooling showers as possible as you need to awaken your spirit.
Then allow your body to cool down in our Steaming room for 15-30 minutes - letting the moisture (95°F/35°C) surround you, moisturize your skin, increase your blood circulation, and relax the nervous system.
Round off the Ritual with a long soak in Zen Spa’s Jacuzzi and Cave pool, to prepare you for your spa treatment.
